A. Water Treatment Plant (WTP): Capacity of our RO plant is: 500 ltr/hour to 20,000 ltr/hour. The Water Treatment Plant (WTP) has one or all of these components:

Chlorine / Hypochlorite Dosing System

Chlorine / Hypo Chlorite Dosing process is done in the raw water for disinfection or oxidation of iron and manganese in the water, before filtration.

Raw Water Storage Tank

Raw water is needed to be stored, after chlorination process, to obtain a detention time as per process.

Sand Filtration System

It is needed to remove suspended particles and turbidity from raw water by using silica quartz sand.

Active Carbon Filter

These are used to remove Chlorine, Odor, Color, Pesticides, Organics & In-organics Impurities, and Metal Impurities from water by using carbon bed.

Anti-Scalant Dosing System

These are used to remove Calcium and Magnesium salts from water.

Micron Cartridge Filter

These are used to remove micro impurities from water.

Reverse Osmosis System

RO system removes dissolvable impurities and bring down TDS (Total Dissolvable Solids) from water by osmosis process.

Ultraviolet (UV) System

This system kills microbiological growth in the RO water with the help of UV light.

Ozonation System

This system adds ozone in the RO water and also improves its taste.

B. Packaging Plant: Packing machines come in two versions: Fully Automatic as well as Semi Automatic. Fully Automatic Machines come with In-feed Air Conveyor which provides high production rate with no-change parts for different sizes of bottles. WATERTEC provides complete turnkey Mineral Water Plants as per customer requirements. We are affiliated with leading machinery manufacturers and have executed such projects nationwide.

The packaging unit consists of one or all of these components:

Bottle Manufacturing by PET Blowing Machine

To manufacture PET Bottles of various sizes. Available in semi and automatic operation - up to 3600 bottles/hour.

Rinsing Filling - Capping - Sealing Machine

The bottles are inserted in the machine which automatically rinses, fills and screws the cap on them. Caps are duly stamped, before being put in a hopper for screwing on to the bottle.

Labeling

The labels and neck sleeve are manually put on bottles, which then pass through shrink tunnels and onto packing conveyer.
